About the Company...
In late 2008, we started our company based on the belief that our clients' needs are of the utmost importance. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the great service you deserve.  We work out of our home near Annapolis to reduce overhead costs so we can pass along these savings to our clients. And, we have established long-term relationships with local craftsmen who can help us achieve the look and quality workmanship you desire.

About the Home Stager...
Deborah Goode, CID
As an accredited home stager and a Certified Interior Decorator, Deborah have been a freelance interior decorator for the past 20 years. Before becoming a free-lance decorator, Deborah worked as a design consultant for two home furnishing stores in Annapolis, Thomasville Galleries and Mastercraft Interiors. A Goode Start is also a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners and Certified Interior Decorators International.

Our Services include...

Consultation in your home:

During the in-home consultation and a walk through of your home, we will give you an estimate of how much it will cost to get your home staged and ready for prospective buyers; and we will provide you with a list of what needs to be done and improved in order to sell your home quickly for the most money possible!
Staging Occupied Homes:
We will work with your furnishings and accessories and will advise and assist you in de-cluttering and de-personalizing your home. If needed, we can provide additional accessories to make your home appeal to prospective buyers.
Staging Vacant Homes:
Vacant homes do not sell as quickly as homes that are staged because only 10% of the population can visualize the potential of a home…so staging is very important to selling a vacant home. We can stage a vacant home and transform it into “model home” condition with rented furniture and borrowed accessories.

If you are moving into a new or new-to-you home and would like help with the colors, accessories and floor plans - please contact us!

Additional services we provide:
Photographs: We can provide you with “after” pictures of your home for marketing purposes.
• Open House Services. Our team can work with you in staging your home to prepare for an open house showing.
• Redesign Services. We can redesign your space based on your lifestyle changes or a new purpose for your living space, including help with colors, accessories and rearranging furniture.
